By using this website and/or the facilities or services offered by ApertureDelight Studios Ltd you are agreeing to be legally bound by these Term of Use. The company reserves the right to change or update it's terms of use without prior notice. If you do not agree with any statement in these Terms of Use you should refrain from using any facility, service or product offered by ApertureDelight Studios Ltd to it's clients immediately.
Family Portrait Terms
All family portrait orders are subject to full payment being made at the time of ordering. Any promotion offer ia made at the discretion of ApertureDelight Studios Limited.
ApertureDelight Studios Limited reserves the right to change the terms of any offer without notice or consultation. The redeemable cash value of any promotional offer is not more than £0.01. ApertureDelight Studios will hold a record of the recipients of promotional material issued and will only make any resulting payments to the recipient held on record. A written copy of this information is available on request. ApertureDelight Money BackTM Scheme Payments will only be made to the recipient of the vouchers after the cleared payment resulting from the sale to the referred customer have been received by ApertureDelight Studios Limited. Any personal information held by ApertureDelight Studios Limited will only be used within the context that it is held. It will never be released to any third party for any purpose unless the company is obliged to do so by law. Promotional free prints are available to all ApertureDelight Family Portrait customers only on presentation of a valid promotion voucher provided the customer has purchased products to the value of £49.00 or more and provided that an order is placed within 14 days of the proof gallery being made available. Free promotional prints are restricted to one print per customer only. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in the print being charge at the current published rate. In the event of any dispute the decision of ApertureDelight Studios Limited is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. By taking part in the ApertureDelight Studios Money BackTM offer, you acknowledge that you are at no point a representative, employee or otherwise of ApertureDelight Studios Limited. ApertureDelight Studios Limited are in no way liable for any possible tax implications resulting from the receipt of payments made to you under the ApertureDelight Studios Money BackTM scheme and suggest that you consult your accountant or the Inland Revenue in the event that you believe that such a liability exists. ApertureDelightTM and ApertureDelight Money BackTM are Trademarks of ApertureDelight Studios Limited and may not be replicated, referred to or otherwise in any way without the companies expressed, written permission. By taking part in any promotional offer, scheme or otherwise offered by ApertureDelight Studios Limited you are confirming that you have read these terms and conditions, agree that you have accepted and understood them and that you are bound by them in law.
Gift Vouchers
ApertureDelight Studios Limited offer the facility to purchase Gift Vouchers which are redeemable against any ApertureDelight Studios product to the purchase value of the voucher. Gift vouchers will be issued within 3 working days of receipt of cleared funds from the client and are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. ApertureDelight Studios will endeavour to offer a selection of reasonable dates and times for any photography session to take place. The final date on which the voucher can be reclaimed will be published on the face of the voucher and any photo shoot must have taken place prior to the expiry date of the voucher. Once purchased gift vouchers are non-refundable and have a redeemable cash value of not more than £0.01. ApertureDelight Studios Limited reserves the right to change it's terms of of business and/or the gift voucher policy without notice or consultation. Any change to gift voucher terms will be effective immediately upon being published in these terms of use.
Product Photography Terms
Commercial Product photography is offered at the quoted rate. Quotations will be supplied within 3 working days of your initial enquiry. All quotations are fixed and valid for one calendar month from the date on the quotation. Discounts are offered at the discretion of ApertureDelight Studios Limited. ApertureDelight Studios Limited reserves the right to refuse or revoke discounts at the company's discretion. The company reserve the right to request a reasonable deposit at an amount to be determined based on the overall cost of the shoot. Commercial product photography images are supplied as standard in high resolution and low resolution. High resolution is 2592px by 3888px at 300dpi. Low resolution is 400px by 600px at 72dpi. Low resolution images can be configured to the client’s specifications on request. All images remain the property of ApertureDelight Studios Limited until payment is received in full. Images will not be released until full payment has been received. All images supplied are copyright and royalty free as uless otherwise stated. Image banks are supplied to all commercial product photography customers who commission the provision of photography services resulting in a payment to ApertureDelight Studios Limited to the value of £250.00 or more and are supplied at no additional direct cost to the client but are subject to a maximum limit of 1000 images per client. Once the limit of 1000 images per client is reached, continued access shall be charged at the rate of £50.00 per annum per thousand images. The minimum charge shall be £50.00 per annum. In the event that the £50 charge is not paid by the client annually in advance images shall be removed from the image bank in chronological order. Provision of complimentary image banks is entirely at the discretion of ApertureDelight Studios Limited. Image banks will remain available on a permanent basis subject to Aperturedelight Studios Limited being commissioned to provide product photography services to the value of £250.00 or more to the client at least once in any one calendar year. An image bank is defined as a secure collection of proof images which is accessible via the internet and available for purchase by the client at pre-defined rates. ApertureDelight Studios reserves the right to use the images in promotional material whether electronically, on the company's website or in printed/published matter. ApertureDelight Studios Limited reserves the right the make reference to it's clients including the use of your logos. If you do not want ApertureDelight Studios Limited to make reference to your company you may request this in writing at the time of confirming your order.
Model Portfolio Photography Terms
Model portfolio photography shoots are offered at the currently published rates. ApertureDelight Studios Limited reserves the right to change its published rates without notice or notification. The current rates are published on the company's website and are inclusive based on your relevant portfolio package. Payment for model portfolio shoots is due at the time of booking and all fees paid are non-refundable. Model portfolio images are supplied as standard in high resolution and low resolution. High resolution is 2592px by 3888px at 300dpi. Low resolution is 400px by 600px at 72dpi. Low resolution images can be configured to the clients specifications on request. All images remain the property of ApertureDelight Studios Limited until payment is received in full. Images will not be released until full payment has been received. All images supplied are copyright and royalty free. ApertureDelight Studios reserves the right to use the images in promotional material whether electronically, on the company's website or in printed/published matter. ApertureDelight Studios Limited reserves the right the make reference to it's clients for promotional purposes. Referral Scheme Terms
ApertureDelight Studios Limited offers a referral scheme where you can earn commission on valid referrals. The ApertureDelight Studios referral scheme is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. You must be over 18 to participate in the scheme. A valid referral is a photography shoot or studio hire session resulting in payment of fees to ApertureDelight Studios Limited. To qualify for commission on a referral the client must make reference to you and supply a valid contact number at the time of their initial enquiry. ApertureDelight Studios Limited will contact you to verify your referral and collect the required payment details. No commission will be paid until cleared payment from the client has been received in full. In the event that full payment is not received then no commission is due. All payments are made in GBP. Commission rates are £15.00 per unique commercial product photography referral, £10.00 per unique family portrait referral, £10 per unique model portfolio referral and £5.00 per unique studio hire referral. Commissions are only payable on the first referral. Bulk agency portfolio shoots and/or permanent supply contracts do not qualify for payments under the referral scheme. ApertureDelight Studios Limited reserves the right to change its commission rates without notice or notification. Current rates are published on the company's website. In the event of a dispute the company's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. Damage and Breakages whilst at the Studio
Damages caused directly by the client whilst in the studio whether to equipment or the building, such as dropping or pulling over a Flash head, will be chargeable at the full repair rate on the day of the hire. General equipment failures such as Flash tubes or electronics failing will not be charged. If the studio is left in an unreasonable state of order and requires prolonged cleaning or tidying by ApertureDelight Studios staff this will be charged to the hirer on the day of hire at standard studio hire rates.
Cancellation Policy
ApertureDelight Studios will accept provisional studio hire bookings but reserve the right to cancel a provisional booking if you are unable to confirm the booking immediately upon request and make payment in full. Payments taken on studio hire bookings are transferable in the event of a cancellation being 5 working days before the booking date at 50% of the value of the booking. Cancellations 4 working days or less prior to your booking date are non-refundable. Model hire rates are non-refundable once confirmed. Transferred studio hire bookings must be redeemed within 1 calendar month of the original booking date. Portrait sessions are free of charge but in the event of a cancellation of an appointment ApertureDelight Studios reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of £22.50 per appointment. Product Photography is provided subject to a cancellation charge of 25% of the quoted cost of the shoot. Model portfolios shoots are provided subject to a cancellation charge of £175.00.
Smoking policy
To comply with current law, the Studio operates a strictly NO SMOKING policy. It is a condition of our building insurance that smoking is prohibited, and therefore Models and Photographers found smoking may be asked to leave. There are adequate Signs around the Studio and Clients are asked to inform all present about this policy. The Studio entrance is directly on the buildings main car park where you are allowed to smoke.
Privacy Policy
All information provided by you to ApertureDelight Studios Ltd in it's normal course of business will be treated as private and confidential. ApertureDelight Studios Ltd will take all reasonable steps to protect the information and will only use the information for the purpose and in the context that it was provided. It will not share your information with any third party under any circumstance unless it is forced to do so by law.
